JAW CRUSHER

Jaw Crushers of TAŞKIR Serie are designed to be capable of crushing all kinds of materials ranging from soft limstone tohardest basalt. Jaw crushers are widely used for crushing of large lumps of blasted rock and river gravel. Crushing action takes place between two jaws, the moving jaw is suspended on the eccentric shaft and is supported by a toggle plate against the crusherframe, performing a to-and-fromotion against the fixed jaw. In the upper section of the feed opening, the moving jaw performs an early circular elliptical motion, while the motion at the discharge end is a very narrow elliptical one leading to an up-and down motion. This causes the grip-crush effect at the upper part of the crushing chamber and an accelerated material flow at the discharge end.

Primary Impact Crushers

Applying the principle of impact crushing where the
plates impact on the stone which then impacts on
other stone before impacting on the upper and lower
breaker plates guarantees particularly good results
in crushing medium hard and low abrasive material.
Stones of 3000 kg weight and 1300 mm size are
easily crushed to 100 mm product size.

The main body of the crusher is designed as two
parts so that the upper part can be opened by two
heavy hydraulic cylinders and the parts like impact
plates, liners, breaker bars can be easily replaced.

The gap between the rotor and the impact plates is
adjusted by a spring-bolt or hydraulic mechanism
(optional) so that the product size can be controlled.

turning around the joint. Assembly and disassembly
are very easy owing to this mechanism.
